Our approach and usage
Our policy in the use of different HRM Test Tools is that the test result shall be seen as a complement to the recruitment process, and that the tests should be performed by persons who have special competence in that area. It is therefore important for us to have our own certified consultants, specialized in evaluating and monitoring the test results. We use, among others, one of the most recognized and respected tools in the market, one of few in the genre approved by The Swedish Foundation for Applied Psychology, STP.
The use of HRM Test Tools provides a complement to the recruitment process, allowing an informed assessment of a candidate's suitability for the current job and personal development. It also gives a picture of the candidate's personal qualities and can therefore also be used to study the similarities and differences, as well as the strengths and shortcomings of the final candidates in a selection. However, it is important to emphasize that a test result with us is not used without a thorough evaluation and follow-up with the candidate. The final report will then be presented to you as our customer and complements the picture from the interviews and references.
