In this search, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, performance driven Territory Manager to start up a new Norwegian captive business branch to a global machine manufacturer. This is a client focused sales management role, and you will be a key person in establishing and develop relations in the region. Our client is a leading high-tech machine vendor providing heavy vehicle systems within construction and forestry sector and in this specific role their captive financial services branch.

Your mission will be to build business through both indirect and direct sales opportunities of retail finance programs and contribute to growth and cooperation with resources in other Nordic countries.
You will be a part of building business, according to proven concepts, that will have integral part of the company’s equipment selling process. You will develop commercial relations with distributors, dealers and end clients to increase volumes, market penetration and margins, in line with budget.
We are looking for a business executive with a solid sales experience. You will have a background from leasing solutions and/or selling heavy construction or forestry equipment, but it could also be other industrial systems or solutions.
This is a key role in a global company, and you will be part of the Nordic sales management team. There will be significant growth and the company is committed to long term expansion and development. The Company has around 60 000 employees. Your office will be in Norway and you will be reporting to a Nordic Sales Director based in Sweden. Estimated traveling of 40-50% in the region.
