In this role you will lead strategy consulting business which involves both sales and delivery of a broad variation of HR and IT services. You will encourage organizational change and business transformations. You will build and lead talent strategies that incorporate future talent needs. Furthermore, you will create and implement new operating models to achieve and enhance our client’s business and people agenda - all to improve organizational performance through coordinated HR services!
As a SME and sales engine within the area, building relationships will be key. You will be supported by both local and global teams in our continued growth. You will be a key person and strong contributor to our organization and clients through the offering of large scale and complex transformations. However sometimes things will start smaller, but strategic. With agile and flexible introductions, we have the opportunity to meet the bigger perspective and opportunity for clients. Flexibility to work on short-term strategic initiatives as well as long-term, multi-year complex engagements will be important.
Our team efforts will be spent on securing long term delivery capabilities and you will be the person to comfortably representing, and leading, large teams to future success. We are looking for a strategy and management consulting leader that can represent engagements at a reputable firm, serving global clients and has the ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with C-Suite leaders, both within HR and across the business.
You are highly motivated to own the data-orientated future of talent, leadership, culture & organization together with our clients - bringing substantial skills and experience to develop and grow our client’s business. You have the ability to craft, sell and deliver the programs that makes a difference – you “walk the talk” and act as a trusted advisor to senior HR professionals.
