Country Sales Manager Nordics / Territory Manager

In this search, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, performance driven Country Sales Manager to start up a new Nordic business branch to a global machine manufacturer. This is a client focused sales and general management role, and you will be a key person in establishing, recruit and develop relations in the region. Our client is a leading high-tech machine vendor providing heavy vehicle systems within construction and forestry sector and in this specific role their captive financial services branch.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing global company with extensive regional growth plans. Your mission will be to build and lead both indirect and direct sales opportunities of retail finance programs and recruit sales representatives in all Nordic countries. You will be a part of building business functions, according to proven concepts, that will have integral part of the company’s equipment selling process. You will develop commercial relations with distributors, dealers and end clients to increase volumes, market penetration and margins, in line with budget.

We are looking for a business leader with a solid sales experience from the Nordic financial services arena. You will have a background from leasing solutions and preferably also knowledge and/or interest in heavy construction or forestry equipment, but it could also be other industrial systems or solutions.

You will be in charge of all aspects of sales & marketing. By providing inspirational leadership and hands-on direction, you will motivate staff to grow and develop as well as continually looking for continual process improvement to enhance the business.

This is a key role in a global company, and you will be part of the European sales management team. There will be significant growth and the company is committed to long term expansion and development. The Company has around 60 000 employees. Your office will be in Sweden and you will be reporting to a European Sales Director based in Belgium. Estimated traveling of 40-50% in the region.
