In this search, we are looking for a commercial minded, performance driven Country Manager for a Nordic client focused general management role, based in Sweden. Our client is a product and services vendor providing laboratory diagnostics solutions that enable doctors to make accurate diagnosis.

We are looking for a business leader with a sales and marketing background and strong business acumen, ideally with general management experience in the Nordic biotechnology industry arena. A leader that has the ability to lead a business unit through a focused vision and to deliver results. We believe that the ideal candidate have will have experience in the in vitro diagnostics, molecular sectors or similar.
You will be in charge of sales & marketing, technical service, finance, administration and supply chain functions. By providing inspirational leadership and hands-on direction, you will motivate to grow and develop as well as continually looking for continual process improvement to strengthen the business even further.
This is a key role in the company, and will form part of the European leadership team. The successful candidate will enjoy an excellent compensation and benefit program.
